Articulação Semiárido Brasileiro (ASA – Brazilian Semi-Arid Articulation) is a civil society network that began weaving its history in 1999. Recognizing the Brazilian Semi-Arid as a territory of possibilities, ASA contributes to the formulation, defense, and implementation of public policies grounded in the paradigm of Living with the Semi-Arid, in contrast to false solutions based on “combating drought”.
